The Supair RADICAL 4 is the ultimate tool for Hike & Fly purists. Now in its fourth generation, this ultra-light "string" harness is designed to be forgotten on your back during the climb and to provide precise, smooth control during the descent. Its clean design focuses on the essentials—lightness, comfort, and durability—making it perfect for high-alpine missions and vertical slopes.

Versatility on Demand

What sets the RADICAL 4 apart is its modularity. You can fly it in two distinct configurations based on your daily mission:

• Minimalist Mode: Use the harness alone for the ultimate lightweight setup (920g in size M). Ideal for para-alpinism and quick morning flights.
• Airbag Mode: Zip on the optional Reversible Airbag Module to transform the RADICAL 4 into a complete reversible harness. This adds a pre-shaped airbag, an integrated under-seat rescue parachute pocket, and a 62-67L backpack for the hike up.

Precision & Comfort

Despite its lightweight construction, the RADICAL 4 doesn't compromise on flight quality. The back is padded with comfort foam, and the independent leg straps are stiffened with Mylar to smooth out air mass irregularities. This results in a "controlled glide" feeling that is both balanced and precise, responding intuitively to your body's movements.
