Aerodynamic Efficiency and Comfort

The harness features a ram-pressure rear fairing that inflates in flight, significantly reducing drag and improving glide performance. Inside, the Power Frame distributes forces homogeneously over the entire seat shell, providing optimal support without pressure points. The "hammock principle" seat shell is further enhanced with closed-porous foam for thermal insulation, ensuring you stay warm and comfortable on long distances.

Passive Safety with PERMAIR 2.0

Safety is at the core of the RANGE X-ALPS3. The PERMAIR 2.0 protector provides high passive safety from the moment of launch while allowing the harness to pack down to a fraction of the size of foam-protected alternatives. For added security, an integrated RECCO® reflector assists rescue services in locating pilots in difficult terrain. The front rescue system is perfectly positioned in the pilot’s field of vision and includes an integrated cockpit for flight instruments.
