Ozone Arc: Dedicated Big Mountain Speedriding
The Ozone Arc is Ozone’s first wing designed from the ground up specifically for the discipline of speedriding. It is engineered for pilots who demand a wing that remains rock-solid and pressurized while aggressively skiing steep terrain. With a focus on "ski-active" behavior, the Arc provides the stability needed to navigate variable snow conditions and technical lines while remaining intimately connected to the pilot.
Extreme Dive Potential & Trim Range
The Arc features one of the most expansive trim ranges in the Ozone speed lineup. With the trimmers fully released, the wing achieves incredibly steep descent angles, allowing you to maintain ground contact on near-vertical slopes. For safety, the final portion of the trim range is stitched closed from the factory; advanced pilots can choose to release this stitching to unlock the wing's full dive potential. When trimmed in, the Arc offers a stable glide for transitioning across flats or reaching the valley floor.
Rapid Inflation & Short-Line Handling
Launching in high-alpine environments often requires immediate wing response. The Arc is designed for rapid and predictable inflation, even from compressed or less-than-ideal ground layouts. Utilizing short-line technology, the wing reduces the pendulum effect, giving the pilot a more direct and "connected" feel through the skis. The long, progressive brake travel allows for deep inputs—perfect for ski-grabs and switch-riding—without the risk of an accidental stall.
